Why I love this work

Some teams walk in ready to work.

And the Admissions team at Buckingham Browne & Nichols School did exactly yesterday.

I had the privilege of working with this team again to facilitate their spring retreat.

They spent our time together doing real strategic work.

Planning.

Prioritizing.

And setting themselves up for the next admissions cycle.

Here's the thing:

Strategic work doesn't require weeks or months.

It requires the right space, the right questions, and a team willing to do the thinking.

This group did all three.

They left with momentum.

And I left reminded of why I love this work.

And to the entire BB&N admissions team for showing up so ready to do the work.
