Ask better questions

It’s good to break routines occasionally.

So rather than jumping onto my computer, I’m taking it a little slower.

This morning I’m starting the day with my coffee and the May/June issue of Harvard Business Review.

As always, there are some great reads here.

My favorite article in this issue is about asking better questions.

And how it is a skill to be learned.

It’s one of those skills we don’t talk enough about with those who aspire to leadership.

It definitely got my wheels turning this morning.
