Busyness is not effectiveness

Many leaders are working constantly.

Their calendars are full.
Their days are packed.

It does not always move things forward.

Effectiveness shows up differently.

Clear priorities.
Decisions made, not deferred.
Space to think before acting.

Some of the most effective leaders I know look deceptively calm.

Not because they care less.
Because they are discerning about where their energy goes.

Busy fills time.
Clarity creates impact.
