Developing High Performing Teams Workshop

I'm in full prep mode this week for an upcoming workshop.

And I'm reminded of something I tell my clients all the time.

Preparation doesn't mean having all the answers.
It means getting clear on the right questions.

The best workshops I facilitate aren't the ones where I talk the most.
They're the ones where I create the space for groups to think, reflect, and figure it out together.

That requires intention.
And a little bit of trust that the group has what they need.

They just need the structure to access it.

Here's to showing up prepared, not perfect.

P.S. If you are interested in joining me for an in-person workshop, I'll be with the Pennsylvania Association of Independent Schools (PAIS) on Friday, April 10th for a full-day workshop on Developing High-Performing teams. There is still time to register.
