Do this for feedback

If you want your team to give you honest feedback, you need to create a culture of vulnerability.

That means you need to be willing to hear the hard things.

And, more importantly, not react.

It's okay to say “Thank you. You’ve given me something to think about.”

When you maintain a calm and consistent response, you're more likely to receive honest feedback in the future.
