Easy does it

After a glorious week off, re-entry into work mode is proving to be a bit of a challenge today.

The slow pace is real.

And I know this is a real feeling for many people when returning to work.

Here’s the thing:
Transitioning from vacation back into productivity doesn’t have to be a jarring experience.

Here are a few steps I’m taking to gently ease my way back in:

1. Prioritize & Plan:
I’m focusing on the must-do tasks and setting realistic goals for the day. The goal for today is to build momentum.

2. Take Breaks:
Instead of diving in headfirst, I’m allowing myself short breaks to stay focused.

3. Re-engage with others:
I kept my schedule intentionally light today. But I have some check-ins scheduled for later for ongoing work to get me back in the swing of things.

How do you manage the post-vacation transition?

P.S. I'm already trying to figure out when I can return to London.
