Overwhelmed? Do this.
Are you feeling overwhelmed?
This time of year can do that.
Days when the to-do list feels never-ending.
And the weight of your responsibilities seems overwhelming.
When I find myself in that space, there’s one strategy that never fails to bring clarity and some calm.
A massive brain dump.
All it takes is a pen, paper, and a quiet spot away from technology.
I sit down and start writing everything that’s on my mind.
✅ Need to schedule a meeting with a client? Write it down.
✅ Car due for an oil change? Add it to the list.
✅ Multiple project tasks piling up? Jot them all down.
At first glance, the list may seem daunting.
But then magic happens.
Once it's all out of your head and on paper, you can start categorizing and prioritizing.
What at first seemed overwhelming turns into manageable, actionable steps.
And you’ll see what you can do, delegate, or remove entirely.
