Your Friday reminder

It’s easy to live for the finish line.

The completed project.
The crossed-off to-do list.
The next milestone.

But joy does not wait for us at the end.
It lives in the conversations we have along the way.

In the thinking, the learning, the small moments of progress.
In the practice of showing up with intention, even when the outcome is not yet clear.

As you head into the weekend, my reminder is simple:
Do not rush past the work you are in.

There is meaning here.
There is growth here.

And yes, there is joy here too.
