Clarity through doing less
For a long time, I led as if slowing down was a luxury I could not afford.
Too much to do.
Too many people depending on me.
The irony was this:
The more I rushed, the less clear I became.
What finally shifted things was a small decision.
I blocked time on my calendar to think.
No meetings.
No email.
Just space.
It felt uncomfortable at first.
But that space became the difference between reacting all day and leading with intention.
Clarity did not come from doing more.
It came from doing less, on purpose.
I challenge you to find one block of time in the coming week.
Even 30 minutes.
And sit with what needs your attention before it demands your action.
Let yourself think without solving, fixing, or responding.
Clarity has a way of emerging when we stop rushing past what matters most.
