Thank You Sacred Heart Schools!

First trip of 2026 is done!

I've been working with the team at Sacred Heart Schools for months.
And this week, I was finally on campus with them.

After months of Zoom calls and shared thinking, it was good to slow down.

To sit together.
To see the place and people behind the work.

There is always a shift when you move from virtual to in-person.

Conversations deepen.
Context matters more.

You notice what leaders are really holding as they make decisions.
