Your Friday reminder

Hard work matters.

There are no shortcuts to building something meaningful.

But here's what I've learned:
Hard work alone isn't enough.

You can work yourself to exhaustion and still end up stuck.

The leaders who go the distance aren't just working hard.
They're working with intention.

They know the difference between effort that moves things forward and effort that keeps them busy.

They prioritize the work that actually matters.
They build systems that make the work sustainable.
And they know when to stop working and start resting.

Because burnout isn't a strategy.

Hard work is essential.
But so is clarity about where you're going and why it matters.

So as you close out the week, ask yourself:
Am I working hard on the right things?

Or am I just working hard?
