Hello from the Cape

I feel so fortunate that my work sometimes brings me to beautiful spots.

So working from Cape Cod on a sunny spring day was a total treat!

It started with running a session for AISAP: The Association of Independent School Admission Professionals at their New England Lower & Middle School Director's Retreat.

We did a dive into what it means to lead as an enrollment professional.

This session wasn't about the tactics of the job.

It was about everything that lives between the lines of the job description.

And then I zoomed in with SAIS - Southern Association of Independent Schools running a webinar on Navigating Difficult Conversations.

It was a great group zooming in from all over, including an international attendee!

I always appreciate the questions that come up for educators grappling with these crucial conversations.

Spending time with educators definitely filled my bucket today.

Plus the view wasn't too shabby either.
