Thank you AIPSO!

Yesterday kicked off a busy month of travel.

I had the chance to return to AIPSO to run another CliftonStrengths® workshop.

This time, it was a newly formed team which is always fun.

We dug into their individual and team strengths.

It is always great to witness the aha moments that arise in these sessions.

And yesterday was no exception.

I can’t wait to see the great things that come out of yesterday’s workshop!
