The importance of connection

Do you have a safe space where you can deeply connect with others?

I was reminded of the power of this type of connection during today's Better Than a Book Club cohort meeting for the Virginia Association of Independent Schools (VAIS).

We all need people in our lives who can appreciate our challenges and celebrate our successes but don't necessarily have a stake in the game.

I love witnessing the power of connection and appreciation with this group.

It is a privilege to hold and create that space for others.
