How to navigate decision fatigue
Every leader faces a steady stream of decisions.
There are urgent emails, competing priorities, and shifting needs.
The constant demand can drain your energy and blur focus.
One of my favorite ways to reduce the noise is through the Eisenhower Matrix.
It's a simple framework that helps you sort decisions by what’s urgent and what’s important.
It’s a reminder:
Not everything requires your immediate attention.
Some things can wait.
Some things can be delegated.
Some things may not need to happen at all.
The goal isn’t to make more decisions.
It’s to make better ones, with less effort and more intention.
