I did it!

This year, I set one big professional goal for myself:

Earn my Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation.

And yesterday, I did it.

The hours.
The practice.
The reflection.

It all deepened what I already knew to be true.

I love coaching.

Over the years, I’ve met many coaches who’ve shared that their initial spark for the work has dimmed.

The business-building.
The emotional energy.
It can be a lot.

But for me, this journey has only made that spark burn brighter.

Coaching is an incredible privilege.

Holding space for transformation.
Witnessing leaders see themselves clearly.
And helping them step into the work they’re meant to do.

It never gets old.

To my clients:
Thank you.

You trust me with your leadership, your hopes, and your edges.
Every conversation has shaped the coach I’ve become.

And to my mentors and peers:
Thank you for pushing me to grow.

This credential isn’t just a milestone.
It’s a reminder that when you love the work, the growth never stops.
