Leadership isn’t about having all the answers
For a long time, I thought leadership was about having all the answers.
I was quick to step in.
Quick to decide.
Quick to move forward.
That approach worked until I led teams where what mattered most wasn’t speed.
It was space.
I started to notice something.
The moments I slowed down.
The moments I asked questions.
The moments I truly listened.
Those were the moments when breakthroughs happened.
Leadership isn’t about being the loudest voice in the room.
It isn’t about having the fastest answer.
It’s about knowing when to speak.
When to listen.
When to step back and let others find their clarity.
