Is your leadership effective?
There's a difference between being busy and being effective.
I know you know this.
And you might still be choosing busy.
I've been there and done that.
And let's be honest, I ended up back there easily.
Busy feels productive.
Busy feels safe.
Your calendar is full.
You're doing something.
But here's what I see.
The leaders who are most effective are not the ones doing the most.
They're the ones who have gotten ruthlessly clear about what actually matters.
They have protected their time and energy accordingly.
That clarity comes from pausing long enough to ask:
What is the work only I can do?
What am I doing out of habit, obligation, or fear of letting go?
And what would happen if I stopped?
Those three questions will tell you more about where you are with your leadership than anything else.
But only if you're willing to sit with the answers.
(Wondering if my schedule is actually that packed? You're looking at my time blocks!)
