You don’t need all the answers

No one warns you about this part of leadership:

The higher you go, the harder it gets to ask for help.

There's this unspoken expectation that appears.
That you should have the answers.

That needing support is somehow a sign that you're not quite ready for the role.

But the best leaders I know are the ones who are most intentional about finding support.

A coach.
A peer group.
A mentor who's been where you are.

Not because they're struggling.

Because they're serious about leading well.

Leadership at the highest level is too complex and too isolating to figure out entirely on your own.

You don't need all the answers.
You need good people in your corner while you find them.
