Is your team avoiding conflict?

Is your team avoiding conflict?

Avoiding conflict doesn't just mean not having difficult conversations.

It can also look like:

  • The meeting after the meeting

  • Decisions that get made, then reopened

  • People working around each other instead of with each other

  • A reaction that shows up a day later, in a text to someone else

One of these can be normal in a week.

Several, week after week?

That is a pattern.

And patterns don't fix themselves.

Someone has to name it.

If you're the team leader, that someone is you.
