It's actually about pace.
Most of the friction I see on teams isn't about values.
It's about pace.
One person needs to talk it out before they can think.
Another needs to think it through before they can talk.
Neither is wrong.
But if nobody names it, it starts to feel like one of them doesn't care.
I see this all the time.
What looks like a personality clash is usually just two people working in different strengths.
The teams that figure this out don't get quieter.
They get faster.
Because they stop wasting energy being annoyed at each other.
