Thank you Suffield!

Some of the best days don't look like work at all.

Yesterday felt like that.

I had the chance to work with the admission team at Suffield Academy.

We spent the full day digging into their CliftonStrengths to kick off the year.

Here's what I love about days like this.

One person names how a strength actually shows up for them at work, and the whole room nods.

They've seen it in each other for years.

They just never had the words for it.

We rarely give ourselves that kind of time.

The day-to-day takes over.

And how we show up together becomes something we assume rather than talk about.

But those conversations are where the real work gets done.

A huge thank you to Sean Atkins for bringing the day together.

And to the whole team for showing up fully.

It's going to be a great year!
