It’s May.

This month always brings that full-on spring energy.

You especially feel this if you work in schools and nonprofits.
Or if you have kids in school.

(Seriously, how do we fit so many events in 31 days?)

So it’s time to simplify.

Before you drown in all of the things you need to do this month, try this:

1. Brain dump everything on your mind.
2. Circle the 3 things that actually move the needle.
3. Schedule time for those, and let the rest be noise for now.

Simplifying isn’t about doing less.
It’s about doing what matters most.

I promise you’ll survive this month.
And summer will be here before you know it.
