Leaders: Join me in June!

I’m thrilled to join the Northwest Association of Independent Schools next month in Washington for the NWAIS Leadership Institute 2025.

Over and over, I see school leaders navigating leadership with heart, integrity, and resilience.
And I also see how isolating the work can feel at times.

That’s why spaces like this matter.

The Leadership Institute offers a chance to step away from the day-to-day, connect with peers, and think about your leadership.

Plus, I have the privilege of joining Brad R. as we co-lead the learning for this event.

I’m looking forward to engaging conversations about what leadership really requires today.
