Leadership blind spots
We all have blind spots.
They’re not always easy to acknowledge.
But they exist.

As a leader, doing the deep work of uncovering and understanding your blind spots is transformative.

💡 It enables you to understand what you might have overlooked.
This isn’t easy work.
It’s personal, challenging, and uncomfortable at times.

Self-reflection.
Get curious about your inner dialogue.
Here are three questions that I encourage leaders to ask themselves regularly:
⚫ What information might I be missing?
⚫ What story am I telling myself in this situation?
⚫ What’s driving the emotions I’m feeling right now?
Growth comes from learning.
And that starts with curiosity about yourself.
