Making gut decisions
Do you rely on your gut to make decisions?
I definitely do.
But there have been times when I had a hard time hearing my intuition.
(Mine felt like it disappeared entirely during COVID.)
Leaders often use their intuition in making decisions.
But sometimes it feels like it's lost.

Some quick takeaways:
Use your team
- Take a break
- Delegate
- Find small wins
Making some decision is always better than no decision.
Be kind to yourself.
Your gut may just be telling you that you need to slow down and recharge.
