Thank you Allen Academy!

This week has been full of Texan warmth and hospitality.

Yesterday, I had the chance to spend the day with the Seraphim Danckaert and the leadership team at Allen Academy to facilitate their retreat.

This team was such a privilege to work with.

I am grateful for their willingness to dig into the work and have some deep conversations.

It was powerful to witness.

I’m excited to see where they go from here!
