Missed the memo?

I don’t know about you.

But my calendar says “summer."
And my to-do list did not get the memo.


I’m hearing the same from a lot of leaders lately.

There are fewer meetings.
But behind the scenes, a lot is going on.


Planning.
Hiring.
Closing out the year.

It’s still a full plate.


Here's the thing:
Don’t confuse being less scheduled with being less strategic.


Summer is a great time to:

Reflect on what’s working (and what’s not).
Reconnect with your team.
Reset before the fall rush.

Being intentional now sets the tone for the fall.
