Powerful or poor?

What a poor 1:1 looks like with a direct report:

✅ Topics are well-prepared and focused.
✅ Tech is away and you are both completely focused.
✅ The discussion is moving important work forward.
✅ You spend most of the time listening or asking powerful questions.
✅ End-of-meeting action items pave the way for progress and development.
