Thank you Avon Old Farms

Yesterday, I had the chance to work with a group of seniors at Avon Old Farms School as part of their leadership class.

Every student took a CliftonStrengths® assessment over the last couple of weeks.

And we spent yesterday morning together digging into those reports.

I typically run these workshops for leaders.

So it was fun to witness the students' excitement as they began to understand the power of their strengths.

The morning flew by as they asked great questions and engaged in meaningful discussions about strengths and leadership.

One student approached me at the end to tell me how powerful the experience was for him.

And that he was going to dig in further to understand how he can truly leverage his strengths.

It totally made my day.
