This afternoon, I had the pleasure of discussing self-leadership with Aubrey Bursch and a group of small school leaders.

We delved into strategies for effective self-leadership and the importance of reflecting on our personal leadership journeys as the school year winds down.

It was a great conversation with lots of insights from the group.

I always appreciate having the chance to talk about self-leadership.

It's an often overlooked aspect of leadership development.
