Take 5 minutes today

Most leaders take care of everyone but themselves.

Their teams.
Their direct reports.
Their colleagues.

We think so much about supporting others that we forget the most important person we lead is ourselves.

And when we forget that, burnout has a way of sneaking in.

It brings me back to a simple truth:
You need to put on your own oxygen mask first.

Take 5 minutes today and ask yourself:

How are you showing up as your best self?
What do you need to be successful in your role?

Remember, if you are not taking care of yourself as a leader, you cannot take care of anyone else.
