What an incredible day yesterday at Avon Old Farms!

I had the privilege of working with a dynamic group from the Class of 2025 in their leadership class.

Together, we dove into CliftonStrengths.

And we explored how to truly understand and lead with your strengths.

The students were curious throughout our time together.

And they asked insightful questions and had powerful takeaways from the work.

It’s easy to think of this tool for adults.

But empowering high school students to harness their strengths before they step into the next chapter of life is a transformative experience.

I’m grateful to be part of their leadership journey and excited for what's ahead
with Avon.
