I always love it when I get the chance to work with teams more than once.

So it was especially great to be back with the Admissions Team at Buckingham, Browne and Nichols for the third time.

A year ago, we dug into their CliftonStrengths.

And we did so again this year.

Same team.

Deeper learning.

New insights.

Important conversations.

When teams give the time and space to talk about who is in the room and what each person needs, things change.

We spend so much time thinking about the actual work that the important conversations get pushed aside.

A huge thank you to Julie Wadland for making this space for the team.
