Thank you Villa Maria!

"Of course that's you."

I heard it over and over on Friday.

Someone would read their strengths out loud.

And a colleague would light up.

"Yes. I totally see that in you."

On Friday, I had the pleasure of working with Villa Maria Academy High School.

Every faculty and staff member had the opportunity to dig into their CliftonStrengths together.

This is the work I love.

Listening to people name how they show up.

Watching the aha moments land.

Sitting with the vulnerability that honest conversation asks for.

And the laughter.

Here's what stays with me:

Sometimes we can't see a strength in ourselves.

But the people around us can.

And when a colleague says, "Of course that's you," something shifts.

Trust grows.

And to Sister Steven Ann Rodriguez for hosting me so warmly.

We joked that I'd be back Monday.

I'm not.

But days like that one are the reason I love this work.
