Thank you SPA!

I took my first trip to Minnesota this week!

Sylvester Cutler reached out a while back about having me work with the enrollment management team at St. Paul Academy and Summit School.

I jumped at the chance.

And not just because I was checking off another state.

But because I love helping teams kick off the year.

We spent the morning doing CliftonStrengths and getting into what makes this team so great at what they do.

Then the afternoon was about the year ahead.

How they use their strengths to best serve the families they work with.

I deeply appreciated the insights and conversations the whole group brought to the table.

A huge thank you to Sylvester for bringing me to St. Paul.

And to Grace, Anne, Logan, and Jenni for being such a great team to work with.

I can't wait to see how the year goes.

(P.S. I loved watching the sunrise overlooking the Mississippi River that morning as I drank my coffee.)
