Thank you Berkshire!

Earlier this week, I had the chance to work with the leadership team at Berkshire School.

We spent the morning in their CliftonStrengths, looking at what each person brings and how the team fits together.

And then we dug into deep work around the important work that needs to be done this year.

What has stuck with me about the day isn't the results.

It is how openly this group showed up.

They were willing to be seen, to laugh at themselves, to say the honest thing in a room full of colleagues.

A huge thank you to Pieter Mulder and Allison Leterneau for helping create such a great day.

And the whole team for having me.

It was the kind of day that reminds me how much I love doing this work.
