Thank you Forman

I was fortunate to spend the day with the leadership team at Forman School for their summer retreat.

We dug into real work that I always love doing with team.

Who they are as individuals.

How they function as a team

And how they show up for their community.

This is the work that is important for teams as they serve their communities.

Leadership isn't an end point.

It's a constant state of grwoth and self reflection.

And this team dug into that work.

A big thank you to Amy Clemens, Allie Maxwell, and the rest of the team for your openness and your willingness to dig deep.

I cannot wait to see where this year brings you.
