Thank you Hotchkiss School!

I am fortunate to visit some beautiful places for work.

And yesterday was no exception.

This view was just one of the many rewards of working with the leadership team at The Hotchkiss School.

It was an absolute treat to kick off their 2024-25 school year together.

We spent the day collaborating, sharing insights, and setting the stage for what promises to be a terrific school year.

Plus we did a dive into CliftonStrengths which is always fun.

I’m excited to see how their year will unfold.
