That's a wrap on retreat season 2026 for Carpenter Leadership Consulting.

My last retreat of the year was with the team at PAIS.

Not everything went to plan.

(Hello, travel issues.)

But I am deeply grateful this team made it work anyway.

We spent the morning digging into CliftonStrengths and then the afternoon working on strategy.

I love this pairing.

Here's the thing:

A team can't plan well for where it's going until it understands how it shows up.
