Thank you Rectory

One year ago, I spent a day with this team at Rectory School as Julie Anderson kicked off her headship.

This week, I got to come back.

Last summer, we did a deep dive into CliftonStrengths.
This time, we built on that foundation.

We went deeper into trust, communication, and how this team works together.

Here's the thing about returning to a team a year later:
You see the work.

Not the intentions.
The actual work.

And it is so fun to see what happened in that year.

A huge thank you to Julie Anderson for inviting me back for year two.
Watching a leadership team grow is one of the best parts of this job.

And thank you to the team for your honesty, your laughter, and your willingness to keep leaning in.
