Thank you Ripp

Earlier this week, I had the privilege of facilitating a retreat for the leadership team at Rippowam Cisqua School.

I've worked with Mike Schloat and his team at a previous school.

So there's something special for me about partnering with a head again as he builds with a new team at a new school.

And this team is fantastic.
They dug deep into getting to know one another.

Real conversation.
Real reflection.
Real work on how they form as a team.

And plenty of laughter along the way.
That balance matters.

The teams that do the hard work and enjoy each other's company are the ones that carry it forward.

Thank you, Mike, for trusting me with this group.

And thank you to the whole team for your energy, openness, and wholehearted participation.

I can't wait to see all you accomplish together this year!
