Thank you AISNE
Two days.
One great team.
And the only photos I took?
Before and after of the smoky skies over Newport, a box of cinnamon rolls, and some LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® METHOD builds.
(In my defense, the cinnamon rolls deserved documentation.)
Last week, I was back with the Association of Independent Schools in New England team for their annual team retreat.
We dug back into CliftonStrengths, a year after first exploring them together.
This time, the conversation went deeper.
And then we built.
LEGO® Serious Play® gave the team a new way to talk about how they work, what they carry, and where they're headed.
My favorite part about returning to work with a team a second year is getting to see what stuck.
A huge thank you to Sara Wilson for having me back.
And to Jonathan Barber, Becky Golden Biggs, Arielle Colella, Jeff Covello, Stephanie Driscoll, Beth Friedman, Alexander Noren, thank you for two great days.
(Next time, I'll get a photo of the actual humans.)
