Thank you Rectory School!

Yesterday, I had the joy of spending a full day with the leadership team at Rectory School.

We spent the day digging into CliftonStrengths.

We focused on what makes each person tick.
And what makes this group so unique and powerful when they come together.

It was a day full of insight, laughter, and meaningful conversations.

A huge thank you to Julie Anderson for inviting me to be part of day 9 of your new headship.

What a way to kick things off!

And thank you to the team for showing up with curiosity, vulnerability, and a deep commitment to growing together.

Your willingness to lean into both individual reflection and collective learning is what strong schools are built on.

Of course, I forgot to take a group photo.
But hopefully, I’ll be back again soon to see all the great work in action!
