Thank you St. John's Prep

Working with admission teams always feels a little like coming home.

So I was thrilled to spend yesterday with the Admission Team at St. John's Prep for their summer retreat.

We dug into strategy work using LEGO® Serious Play®.

Here's the thing about building with your hands:
It gets you out of your head and into honest conversation.

And this team went there.

The insights that surfaced were real.
And led to a great conversation about what's next.
