Tomorrow is a new day
You aren't going to knock it out of the park every day.
Here's the truth:
Great leaders aren't superhuman.
They just show up even when it's hard.
Like so many parts of the country, it's freezing again here in Boston.
The universal consensus in my house this morning was that Archie had the right idea for today.
But for the rest of the Carpenters with meetings, clients, and an exam ahead, we had no choice but to get moving.
So here are some things you can do on those days when you'd rather be under a warm blanket on your couch:
1️⃣ Acknowledge your struggle without judgment.
2️⃣ Focus on small, meaningful actions.
3️⃣ Be transparent with yourself about your limitations.
Leadership isn't a performance.
It's a commitment to showing up, even when it's hard.
And tomorrow is a new day.
