What do you do with a free hour?
I had one yesterday.
A client needed to reschedule a session, which gave me an unplanned hour.
There are so many ways I could have filled it.
Emails
Finishing the touches on two upcoming presentations.
Work on the 2027 Leadership Reset. (Yes. It’s coming back.)
I chose option D.
None of the above.
It was a rare 71 degrees in late October in Boston.
I took my notebook and Archie outside.
He’s attempting to capture a chipmunk who lives in our yard.
And I spent the hour just brainstorming.
Blissful tech-free time.
Lots of new ideas.
Don’t worry, the chipmunk is still at large.
Too often we fill unexpected time with more busywork.
But what if you saw it as the best gift you could give yourself instead?
I promise you'll feel a difference.
