Will you be at TABS?

One conference. Two sessions. Two very different hats.

Next week, I’m heading to Washington, DC to present at TABS (The Association of Boarding Schools) Annual Conference.

On Wednesday, I’m leading the Leadership Roundtable for Senior Leaders through "The Leadership Mirror," a look at how we lead in every direction: self, up, down, and across.

The gap between what you intend as a leader and how it actually lands is where most of the work lives.

That’s what we’ll explore together.

Then on Friday, I put on my Westover School Board Chair hat to present with Ari Betof, EdD, MBA, Polly Fredlund, and Dan Griffiths on "From Good to Great: Building Financial and Organizational Sustainability."

Two very different sessions.

But one shared belief.

Strong schools are built by leaders who keep growing.

Will you be at TABS?

Let me know.

I’d love to connect.
