Where do you eat lunch?
When I was in leadership, I often ate lunch alone at my desk.
There was another meeting to get to, a phone call to make, or an email needing an immediate response.
But I was missing out on a key opportunity.
Sharing a meal with others is about nurturing connections and building meaningful relationships.
It's so easy to get caught up in the daily grind.
But taking the time to have lunch with others is so valuable.
These are the moments when you discover shared interests and get to know others beyond the work.
Can you find one day this week to step back and take a quick lunch break with others?
The strongest teams are not made up of those who get the most work done.
They’re the ones filled with people who understand and support one another.
