Thank you TAIS!

I was lucky enough to spend the last two days with a wonderful group of educators at the TENNESSEE ASSOCIATION OF INDEPENDENT SCHOOLS, INC. Annual Conference at St. George's Independent School in Memphis.

The school’s campus is beautiful!

And I was particularly struck by the boardwalk that winds through it.

The boardwalk served as a reminder of a key message from my presentation on “Navigating Difficult Conversations”:

It's crucial to be clear about your destination and the path you need to follow to reach it.
